Through her drawings, Roxane Lumeret explores a world tinged with mystery, worry and humor. Thanks to her putting strange details, her visual universe creates fictional and fantastic scenes struggling with tangible reality. Using a traditional technique, the artist realizes her drawings with gouache on paper, deploying a pastel colored range that black and bright red emphasize. The drawings gathered in this book show haunted churches, nocturnal meetings, ruins, jewels robbery, but also animal tribes.
